Encore! presents professional and young award-winning musicians in concert in private homes throughout the Coachella Valley—Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells and La Quinta. Encore! was established in 1994 to fill a need for classical music in the desert.
Artists from throughout the world have appeared in these concerts such as Gustavo Romero, Oxana Oblanskaya, Daniel Pollack, Stephen Prutsman, Pavel Petrov and Eduardo Delgado.The hour-long 
programs are attended by 50-80 people, occasionally more if the home can accommodate them.
All pianists perform on a Steinway piano. A reception follows each concert, and audience members meet and talk with the performer. Typically, there are four concerts each season.
